You stood out from the crowd? Welcome to the first inteview round. All relevant information will be sent to you in advance.
1st ROUND
You will be invited by HR to get to know each other personally. You will have a detailed conversation about your career, your enthusiasm for the profession as a consultant and of course your motivation why you decided to apply for a job with us. But we also care about your future goals as well as your expectations of your time at Otto & Company.
If we see you as an enrichment for our team? Then we would like to invite you to a further interview!
2nd ROUND
In the next interview round, you will have the opportunity to gain a deeper insight into your future working life by talking to one of our consultants. Our colleagues are looking forward to sharing our projects and the related tasks with you. It is important to us that you get a feel for what makes us special, how we work and who we are. We determine your professional knowledge on the basis of an analytical challenge.

INVITATION
Have you convinced us with your application? Then we would like to get to know you better and invite you to our first application day.
1st ROUND
Our HR manger is looking forward to having a first inteview with you. In addition to exchanging information about your career and motivation for your profession as a consultant at O&C, we also want to know your future goals and your expectations. The aim of the first interview is to give you an initial overview of O&C and our work.
Have you personally convinced us of yourself? Then we invite you to the next interview round!
2nd ROUND
In the second interview phase, we want to give you the opportunity to showcase your professional and methodological expertise. For this, we will invite you to an on-site assessment at our office in Munich. You will spend about 2-3 hours with us. During this time, you will first present a task we will send you in advance. Following that, you'll work on a short case study, which you will present to one of our partners, at least one additional consultant, and our HR manager. Additionally, you will have a 1:1 conversation with our partner, Dr. Götz Otto. We don’t believe in drawn-out interview processes – after this session, we will make a final decision!
