Dr. Götz Otto

Dr. Götz Otto is founder and Managing Partner of OTTO & COMPANY. He studied Business Administration and Information Management at the EBS Universität in Oestrich-Winkel, at U.A.D.E. in Buenos Aires and at San Diego State University, as well as Economics at the Universität Kassel, where he also received his doctorate. Before founding OTTO & COMPANY, Dr. Götz Otto worked for renowned strategy consultancies. He led numerous organization and transformation projects in the healthcare sector.

Alejandro Macarrón

Alejandro Macarrón is Partner at OTTO & COMPANY, Spain. He graduated in Telecommunication Engineering at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in Spain. In addition, he successfully completed an Executive MBA at the Madrid Business School and at the University of Houston. He started his career at Telefónica and AT&T – Bell Laboratories as an R&D Engineer. Later on, he moved to management consulting firms such as McKinsey & Co. and A.T. Kearney. Since 1998 he has been working together with Dr. Götz Otto. Besides his job as a consultant, Alejandro Macarrón has published several specialized books on economics.
