Each of these career stages entails individual requirements and tasks.
Intern / Student Trainee
As an intern, you have the opportunity to be part of client projects. You will support our consultants in their daily tasks and take over smaller task packages such as the processing and structuring of analyses. Other tasks include organising and preparing workshops at the client's site and revising top management presentations.
REQUIREMENTS
You are at least in your third semester at a renowned university and are studying economics or a similar course of study. Ideally, you demonstrated a good understanding of business administration and analytical skills in your first internships.
Associate
As a full team member, you will learn consulting tools for various strategic projects. You will be responsible for carrying out market, customer and competition research, preparing & conducting client interviews, meetings and workshops and working on a wide variety of presentations.
REQUIREMENTS
You have completed your Bachelor´s or Master's degree at a renowned university with excellent grades and have already gained some relevant work experience during your studies, ideally in a management or strategy consultancy. You are interested in the healthcare industry and would like to gain deeper insights into the work of strategy consulting.
Consultant
As a consultant, you will take responsibility for smaller sub-projects or individual strategy modules of larger projects and lead initial workshops at the client's site. In addition to the operative business, you will also coach our interns and thus gain your first leadership experience.
REQUIREMENTS
In addition to a very good Master's degree, you also have initial work experience in strategy consulting or have already gained relevant industry experience.
Senior Consultant
Senior consultants take on the first smaller project management roles and are responsible for larger sub-projects. Independent implementation and moderation of client workshops are also part of your job as well as maintaining initial relationships with dedicated clients' personnel. You will supervise newcomers and accompany our associates within a mentor-mentee model.
REQUIREMENTS
You have at least three years of work experience in strategy consulting or relevant work experience in related industry fields.
Project Manager
As Project Manager you are responsible for the management of consulting projects and the associated team. In addition to your operative tasks, you will also focus on the development of relationships with our clients and their personnel, new business areas and core competencies and topics. In addition, you regularly carry out recruiting activities and you are a mentor to consultants.
REQUIREMENTS
You can demonstrate several years of professional experience in strategy consulting or nearby areas of responsibility in the industry. In addition, you have first leadership experience.
